Our aim is to supply you with top quality products as quickly as is possible.

Orders are dispatched the same day if that is possible or the next working day. If ordered at the weekend or holidays then the soonest working day possible. Packages go 1st class. Proof of posting is obtained. Post and packing is 9% of the total order. The English Herbal Company has a policy of keeping product prices as low as possible.

Our 100% natural products are all dispatched from the UK. European orders may take a few days to deliver.

We are currently not supplying orders to the USA or Canada. It is our hope to be trading early in the New Year.

Payment is via Paypal through the shopping cart facility. You use your credit/debit card to pay through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way. It is quick, easy and secure. This works the same way as any online purchase.
