| Complecleanse - Natural Cleanse for horses |
|---|
|
After unexplained illness’s blood tests revealed that Marie's horse “Spot” (pictured above) had Anaemia (low red blood cell count) and a high liver enzyme count (toxins) and later it was realised he had liver damage from Ragwort poisoning. He was lethargic and suffered with allergic reactions in his skin and eyes. His body had became very toxic from repeated medications like anti-biotic, pain killers, sedatives, vaccines and worming paste. Marie knew Maestro would help him detox but it wasn’t practical to use it in the capsule form it was available in. Spot is also a horse that seems more vulnerable to worms than other horses, which do not respond to conventional wormers. See the page for a worming trial. here; Marie spoke with the owners of the Ancient Herbal Remedies. At that stage it was decided to combine 2 remedies together for a worming, cleanse and detox solution in one recipe for this particular horses's individual problems. It is likely that many horses suffer with high toxicity due to modern medications, and the effects are not necessarily obvious to the owners. While being effective and very often necessary, the drawback is that many of the residual toxins remain in the horse, possibly for months and can create all sorts of other health issues. Natural Cleanse and Maestro were added together to allow a massive cleanse and detox of Spots system. Worming can be done on a daily basis, as the horse becomes infested, rather than allowing a build up and then a massive hit of chemicals every 12 weeks. After being on this combination for 8 months, this horse is now transformed. His liver enzyme counts have returned to normal and his worming regeime is working really well to contol the parasite infestations. 3 monthly worming is counter productive in the damage done by parasites, over this extened length of time, but then the body has to cope with a large intake of toxins too. Any level of infestation will affect the horse health. This recipe gives complete elimination of all types of parasites living in all parts of the body. There is the added advantage that the parasites do not become resistant to the herbal solution as they do to prescribed worming programs. It is gentle but very effective and also helps with digestion. The worming recipe available is Natural Cleanse only. All of our other products for people are available for horses too, and will work in the same way as they do for people. Special mixes of the herbal remedies can be made on request, please email for more information; mariebonner@talktalk.net

| LamiCalm - Natural Calm and Laminitis |
|---|
Natural Calm is a 350 year old recipe that our ancestors used to regulate their blood-sugar levels in harmony with nature. It will balance the Endocrine systems, the adrenal glands, sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems, bringing balance and calm. There is a possibility it could address the causes of Laminitis and with careful monitoring may bring permanent relief. One of the more common causes. Current theory states that if a horse is given grain in excess or eats grass that is under stress and has accumulated excess non-structural carbohydrates (NSC, i.e. sugars, starch or fructan), it may be unable to digest all of the carbohydrate in the foregut. The excess then moves on to the hindgut and ferments in the cecum. The presence of this fermenting carbohydrate in the cecum causes proliferation of lactic acid bacteria and an increase in acidity. This process kills beneficial bacteria, which ferment fiber. The endotoxins and exotoxins may then be absorbed into the bloodstream, due to increased gut permeability, caused by irritation of the gut lining by increased acidity. The endotoxaemia results in impaired circulation, particularly in the feet. This results in laminitis. Laminitis can sometimes develop after a serious case of colic, due to the release of endotoxins into the blood stream. Other possible causes; Some cases of laminitis have occurred after ingestion of frosted grass. The exact mechanism for this has not been explained but sudden imbalance of the normal bowel flora can be surmised, leading to endotoxin production. Systemic infections, particularly where caused by bacteria, can cause release of endotoxins into the blood stream. A retained placenta in a mare is a notorious cause of laminitis and founder. Laminitis can also be caused by insulin resistance in the horse. Insulin resistant horses tend to become obese very easily and, even when starved down, may have abnormal fat deposits in the neck, shoulders, loin, above the eyes and around the tail head, even when the rest of the body appears to be in normal condition. Peripheral Cushing's disease (or more properly, Equine Metabolic Syndrome) is an area of much new research. It has some similarities to type II diabetes in humans. LamiCalm aims to address the cause, not just the symptoms as it works on a cellular level. It is undergoing a trial study at this time. More information. |
| Modern Menopause - Hormone Replacement Therapy |
|---|
|
Ladies, you may not be aware of what Hormone Replacment Therapy, HRT in the UK or PMU or Premarin in the USA is made from or how it is made. If you love horses or even if you don't, and are near or in the Menopause then you should make an informed choice about how you intend to treat it. Many women are unaware of the origins of Menopause drugs and their contribution to allowing the production of this drug and the subsequent cruelty it creates when Natural Female will not only work better, there will be no side effects, and no animals will suffer to create it. Just lots of fields of healthy growing herbs. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) - Premarin (PMU). Since 1942, a drug called Premarin (pregnant mares' urine) has been prescribed by doctors to treat the symptoms of menopause in women. Premarin (conjugated estrogens) is extracted from the urine of pregnant mares (female horses). Because so much of this drug is prescribed, its production requires the operation of around 700 "farms", in which around 80,000 horses live their entire lives penned in tiny stalls, unable to turn around or meaningfully lie down, deprived of water, repeatedly impregnated, and continuously connected to plumbing collecting that urine. When they can no longer produce adequately, most are summarily slaughtered. Most of their offspring are either put in stalls or slaughtered. Over fifty-eight years of Premarin production, well over a million horses or perhaps millions of horses, have lived in cruelty and then been slaughtered. Only in the last twenty years has this dreadful secret become known at all. The following video shows the reality of the production of this product. SaneMare is Natural Female for horses, The safe, gentle and effective solution to that stroppy mare thing these female horses do so well. It balances the endocrine. system, that's the one that governs hormone balance in the body and will bring a kinder, calmer and safer mare to be around and ride. Clarify is Maestro for horses, cats and dogs As with people it will cleanse and detox the liver, lidney, spleen and blood of your horse. This will be particulally useful after vaccines, conventional wormers, anti-biotic, steroids and pain killing drugs. Horses are also subject to the same level of toxins in the air, water and food. As most horses live in the country side there is a chance of higher levels of pesticides being in their blood due to the nature of farming. They as we, are subject to this perpetual bombardment of chemicals on a daily basis. Clarify will cleanse and detox these major filtration organs, helping your horses, cats and dogs to not only feel better, but be more resistant to disease and have a healthier immune system. Diapet is Diabetic Balance for Diabetes in cats and dogs Diabetes mellitus strikes 1 in 400 cats and a similar number of dogs, though recent veterinary studies; note that it is becoming more common lately in cats. Symptoms in dogs and cats are similar to those in humans. Generally, most dogs and about 5-20% of cats experience type-1 (insulin-dependent) diabetes, rather than the type-2 that's now becoming common in obese humans. The other 80-95% of cats experience type-2 diabetes. The condition is definitely treatable, and need not shorten the animal's life span or life quality. In type-2 cats, prompt effective treatment can even lead to diabetic remission, in which the cat no longer needs injected insulin. Untreated, the condition leads to blindness in dogs, increasingly weak legs in cats, and eventually malnutrition, ketoacidosis and/or dehydration, and death. Cats and dogs will generally show a gradual onset of the disease over a few weeks, and it may escape notice for a while. The condition is unusual in cats less than seven years old, though younger dogs are more susceptible to Type-1 (juvenile) diabetes. The first obvious symptoms are a sudden weight loss or gain, accompanied by excessive drinking and urination; for example, cats can appear to develop an obsession with water and lurk around faucets or water bowls. Appetite is suddenly either ravenous (up to three-times normal) or absent. In dogs, the next symptom is vision problems and cataracts, while in cats the back legs may become weak and the gait may become stilted or wobbly. As with all Diabetes, diet is a critical component of treatment, and is in many cases effective on its own. For example, a recent mini-study showed that many diabetic cats stopped needing insulin after changing to a low carbohydrate diet.

| Calmnow - for highly strung, nervous, anxious horses, cats and dogs. Natural Calm |
|---|
|
Calmnow is the same recipe as Natural Calm as used by people to alleviate stress and anxiety. It is a 350 year old recipe that our ancestors used to regulate their blood-sugar levels in harmony with nature. It will balance the Endocrine systems, the adrenal glands, sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems. Chemicals and hormones control stress response, reproduction, red blood cell production, digestion, water balance and other key body functions. They can be out of balance through excess or shortage. If you have a highly strung cat or dog, you probably know it. They're the nervous ones, the ones who bark, twitch, hide and shake at every little thing. They often exhibit symptoms like excitement urination, excessive barking, nipping, and running away. They're often over-sensitive and fearful of strangers and other dogs and or cats. They may seem hyperactive and not be able to stop moving. All animals can be affected by stress chemicals and Calmnow will settle all the systems. Animal communication An effective way to listen to what your pet actually has to say to you. Animals that have come from rescue homes may have a poor background. If you don't know the cause of your pets anxieties, please consider an appointment with
"We can highly recommend this lady. We had 3 very accurate and informative readings done for Spot, which have proved to strengthen the bond we have with him. We found out from the horses mouth so to speak, what he needed, what he liked and didn't like. E.G. How many people would think that horses care much about what is around them? well they do, and the view they have makes all the difference to their life. I wanted to know, given the choice, would he rather stay in the Uk or come with me to the USA, he told me that as long as it was a one off journey, that I didn't pass him onto someone else, that he had a good view and the choice as to wether he went into a stable or not, and other horses around him, then he wanted to come with me. I told him all of the above he would provided for him and that we would grow old together. On that basis he endured the long journey happily and arrived safe and well, and very happy to see me. We also had a reading done for Chloe and it was not just informative but interesting. She told us that she had been punished in the past by her owner who would take away her food! This explained why she tried to kick anyone who came near her when she was eating. Six months later she no longer kicks as we are careful to make sure no one bothers her at feed time, either by people or other horses. While only being 8 years old, she has a soft voice that shows a maturity way beyond her years. She is a super little horse. " Marie Bonner |
